Construction work itself is governed by the written contract you sign with us, and if that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract controls.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, request a quote, sign a contract with us or opt in to our text messages. By doing any of these, you confirm you are 18 or older.
2. SMS program description

When you opt in, Advanced Construction LLC may send you the following types of text messages:
- Replies to your quote requests and questions
- Estimate and site visit scheduling
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Project status updates, including schedule changes and inspection dates
- Invoice and payment reminders
- Occasional promotional offers, only if you've given separate consent to receive them
Message frequency varies with your project and requests. Promotional messages, if you opt in, are limited to no more than 4 per month. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Opt-out instructions
You can change your text preferences at any time by replying with one of these keywords:
- STOPStops all text messages. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
- HELPSends you information on how to reach us for support.
- STARTResubscribes you after you've opted out.
You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE to stop messages.

5. Carrier liability disclaimer
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device, and is not guaranteed.

8. Cancellation policy
Estimates and site visits
Estimates are free and you're under no obligation to hire us. If you need to cancel or reschedule a site visit, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead. There's no fee to cancel a site visit.
Signed contracts
Once you sign a construction contract, cancellation terms, deposits and any costs for materials already ordered or work already completed are set out in that contract. For home improvement contracts, California law gives you a right to cancel within the period stated in the Notice of Cancellation attached to your contract, and you'll get that notice in writing when you sign.
Text messages
You can cancel our text messages at any time by replying STOP, as described in section 3.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use our website or text program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
